Low Tide Curiosities is my series of tiny paintings inspired by the hidden worlds revealed when the ocean pulls back. Each piece captures a small moment inside a tide pool: strange creatures, shifting colors, and details most people walk right past. I start with watercolor to set the atmosphere, then use acrylic to bring the important shapes into focus. The result is a miniature that feels part specimen, part story, like you lifted a stone and something watched you back. Hand painted, signed, and made for anyone who loves small worlds with big character.
