Beachkofski Studio LLC, doing business as TinyGallery, operates the Platform.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery, located at tinygallery.io, and any related services, features, pages, tools, communications, or transactions offered by Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery, creating an account, listing an item, submitting a bid, making a purchase, loading Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery Credits, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of small-format artwork, including ACEOs and related items. Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery provides marketplace tools, payment-related functionality, order records, messaging or support tools, and other services that help users transact with one another.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery does not own, inspect, store, authenticate, or take possession of items listed on the Platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery is not the seller of any item listed by a user.
Payments are processed by Stripe and may involve Stripe Checkout, Stripe Connect, Stripe Customers, SetupIntents, PaymentIntents, saved payment methods, transfers, refunds, and other Stripe services.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery is a marketplace platform. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers except to the limited extent necessary to provide the Platform, process payments, facilitate refunds or disputes, enforce these Terms, and protect the safety and integrity of the Platform.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery does not guarantee:
Shipping, fulfillment, listing accuracy, item condition, and customer service are the seller's responsibility, subject to Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery's policies and dispute process.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery.
By using Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery, you represent that:
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may refuse access, suspend accounts, remove listings, cancel transactions, or restrict use of the Platform at any time if we believe a user may violate these Terms, create risk for users or the Platform, or expose Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery to legal, financial, operational, or reputational harm.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account, contact, payment, payout, and shipping information and to keep that information up to date.
You may not:
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may require identity, payment, payout, address, tax, or other verification before allowing certain actions, including listing items, submitting bids, accepting bids, receiving payouts, loading credits, or withdrawing from a transaction.
Sellers are responsible for all listings, sales, fulfillment, communications, and legal obligations related to the items they offer.
By listing an item, you represent and warrant that:

If you list an item that is unavailable, inaccurate, prohibited, infringing, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable for sale, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may remove the listing, cancel related orders, refund buyers, restrict your account, hold payouts, or take other enforcement action.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details before purchasing, submitting a bid, or making a sealed offer.
Before buying or bidding, buyers should review:
Buyers are responsible for keeping their payment methods, shipping details, account information, and contact information accurate and current.
If payment setup or payment authorization is required before a purchase, bid, or sealed offer, the buyer must complete that setup using accurate information and a payment method they are authorized to use.
When a buyer completes a standard purchase through the Platform, the buyer authorizes the payment shown at checkout.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may create the order after successful payment. If payment fails, is declined, requires additional authentication, is reversed, or cannot be completed, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may cancel or decline to create the order.
Buyers may not request cancellations or refunds solely because they changed their mind, found another item, bid or paid more than they intended, no longer want the item, or failed to review the listing.
Support-approved refunds may remain available for genuine order or listing issues, including non-delivery, seller cancellation, material listing mismatch, fraud, safety issues, legal issues, duplicate charges, payment processor errors, chargebacks, or other exceptions approved by Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery.
For this section, “bid” includes live bids, sealed offers, and any similar buyer offer submitted through the Platform.
A bid is a binding offer to purchase the listed item on the terms shown when the bid is submitted. Buyers cannot cancel or retract submitted bids because they changed their mind, bid too high, found another item, no longer want the item, or misunderstood the binding nature of the bid.
Before submitting a bid, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may require the buyer to complete a Stripe-hosted payment setup flow. This setup flow saves the buyer's selected payment method to a Stripe Customer for later use. Submitting a bid does not place a long-lived authorization hold on the buyer's card. Instead, the buyer authorizes Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery to store the selected payment method through Stripe and to attempt a later off-session charge if the seller accepts the bid.
When a buyer submits a bid, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may calculate, display, and store information including:
The maximum amount the buyer authorizes is the total displayed when the buyer submits the bid. Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery will not charge more than the maximum total shown at bid setup unless the buyer separately authorizes the increased amount.
If the seller accepts the buyer's bid, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may automatically attempt to charge the buyer's authorized payment method without a separate checkout window. If the charge succeeds, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery will create the order. If the charge fails, is declined, requires authentication, expires, is unavailable, or otherwise cannot be completed, no order is created and the seller may choose another bid.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery is not required to give the buyer an opportunity to update, authenticate, or replace the payment method before the seller chooses another bid.
If the buyer chooses Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery Credits as the payment preference and the buyer's credits balance covers the full authorized total when the seller accepts the bid, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may debit the buyer's credits and create the order.
If the buyer chooses Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery Credits but the buyer's credits balance does not cover the full authorized total when the seller accepts the bid, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may leave the credits untouched and charge the buyer's saved card for the full card total instead. Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery does not split a selected bid payment between credits and card unless that option is expressly offered during bid setup.
If the buyer chooses card payment, or if the buyer's wallet or credits choice falls back to card, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may attempt an off-session card charge using the payment method authorized during bid setup.
Failed payment attempts, repeated failed payments, chargebacks, payment abuse, or attempts to avoid binding bids may result in account review, restrictions, suspension, or removal from the Platform.
By submitting a bid, the buyer authorizes Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery to retain records of the bid and payment authorization, including the listing, bid amount, shipping details, fee breakdown, payment preference, maximum authorized total, consent timestamp, applicable terms or disclosure version, and related technical records, for fraud prevention, payment processing, dispute handling, compliance, and Platform safety.
If a buyer submits a bid and the seller accepts that bid, the buyer may not cancel the purchase merely because the buyer:
Bids are binding once submitted. Support-approved refunds remain available for genuine order or listing issues, including non-delivery, seller cancellation, material listing mismatch, fraud, safety issues, legal issues, duplicate charges, payment processor errors, chargebacks, or other exceptions approved by Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery.
Sellers are responsible for shipping items and must mark orders as shipped with a shipment date.
Tracking is not required unless otherwise stated, but it is encouraged, especially for orders over $25.
If a seller ships without tracking and the item is lost, delayed, or disputed, the seller accepts the risk of non-delivery. If the buyer reports non-delivery and the seller cannot provide sufficient proof of shipment, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may refund the buyer from the seller's held payout, current payout, future payout, or other recoverable funds.
Sellers set their own shipping prices and may include tracking where they choose.
Buyers should confirm delivery or report issues within:
Orders may auto-confirm as delivered after the applicable period. Delivery confirmation occurs when the buyer marks the order delivered or when the order auto-confirms after the applicable period.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may modify shipping rules, delivery confirmation periods, tracking requirements, or dispute windows at any time to reduce fraud, improve reliability, or comply with law.
Orders that remain unshipped for 16 or more days after purchase may be automatically cancelled by Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery.
When an order is auto-cancelled for non-shipment, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may initiate a refund to the buyer's original payment method or credit the amount back to the buyer's Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery Credits balance for wallet-paid orders.
Sellers agree that auto-cancelled, unshipped orders are treated as unfulfilled orders and may result in strikes, payout holds, account review, restrictions, suspension, or removal from the Platform.
Once a Stripe refund is completed, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may not be able to reverse it.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery Credits are a platform-only payment method that allows buyers to load funds once and use them for purchases on Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery.
Credits are not a bank account, deposit account, escrow account, gift card unless required by law, stored-value account, money transmission account, or cash equivalent. Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery is not a bank. Credits do not earn interest.
Credits are:
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery does not offer buyer withdrawals, escrow services, or user-to-user credit transfers.
A buyer may request a refund of completely unused credits within 14 days of loading them by contacting tinygallery.io@gmail.com.
Only completely unused credits are refundable. Once any portion of a credit load has been spent, that credit load is no longer refundable, even within the 14-day period.
Refund requests for unused credits may be made 24 hours after the credit load and within 14 days of the initial load.
After 14 days from load, credits are non-refundable regardless of use, except where required by law.
No credit refunds are available while any dispute, chargeback, fraud review, payment review, or account restriction is open on the buyer's account.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may limit unused-credit refunds to 3 per calendar year.
Approved unused-credit refunds return the full unused credit amount to the original payment method. For example, if a buyer loads $100 in credits and qualifies for an unused-credit refund, the approved refund amount is $100.
Refunds are processed manually and may take 5-10 business days, plus additional time depending on the payment processor or bank.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may deny refunds if we suspect fraud, abuse, payment manipulation, chargeback risk, or violation of these Terms.
Credits do not expire and remain in the buyer's account until used, refunded, reversed, removed due to fraud or error, or otherwise handled as required by law.
Credit loads are processed through Stripe. When a buyer loads credits, the buyer pays via card or another supported payment method for the selected credit amount. Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may absorb Stripe processing fees on credit loads and approved unused-credit refunds.
Future purchases using credits may avoid additional per-order card processing fees, so the buyer's total may be limited to the listing price, shipping, add-ons, and other applicable amounts shown at checkout or bid setup.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may correct, reverse, freeze, or adjust credit balances if we detect fraud, abuse, technical error, duplicate crediting, chargebacks, payment reversals, or other risk signals.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By using Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery, you agree to comply with any applicable Stripe terms, policies, and requirements.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may use Stripe Checkout, Stripe Connect, Stripe Customers, SetupIntents, PaymentIntents, saved payment methods, off-session payments, refunds, disputes, transfers, and other Stripe functionality.
Platform fees and Stripe processing fees apply as listed on the Platform. Fees may vary based on payment method, transaction type, seller settings, add-ons, buyer location, seller location, or other factors.
If a seller offers a paid gift add-on for packaging, cards, notes, or similar extras, the gift add-on is part of the order charge and platform fees may also apply to that gift amount.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may change fees at any time. Fee changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, government fees, or other charges related to their purchases, sales, income, or use of the Platform, except to the extent Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery is required by law to calculate, collect, or remit such amounts.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may calculate, collect, and remit taxes where required by law. Sellers remain responsible for income taxes and for any taxes Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery does not calculate, collect, or remit.
Sellers are paid through Stripe Connect. Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may charge buyers on Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery's platform Stripe account, record seller earnings internally, and later send seller payouts through Stripe transfers or related Stripe functionality.
Seller payouts may be aggregated and initiated on a periodic schedule, typically weekly.
Unless otherwise stated, payouts are usually released after delivery is confirmed or auto-confirmed:
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may hold, delay, reduce, reverse, offset, or cancel seller payouts if:
If a cardholder chargeback, payment dispute, refund, reversal, or payment processor adjustment occurs, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may deduct the disputed amount, refund amount, chargeback fee, processor fee, or related cost from the seller's current or future payouts.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may also seek recovery from the seller's linked bank account or other available payment or payout method, to the extent permitted by Stripe terms and applicable law.
Sellers are responsible for negative balances caused by refunds, chargebacks, disputes, reversals, fraud, non-delivery, or policy violations.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may require reserves, payout delays, payout minimums, identity verification, tax information, shipping proof, or other risk controls before releasing payouts.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain accurate credit balances and initiate payouts on time, but we do not guarantee any particular payout timing. Payouts may be delayed by Stripe, banks, payment networks, risk reviews, weekends, holidays, compliance checks, or technical issues.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may facilitate refunds by holding, reducing, reversing, or offsetting seller payouts when disputes are opened or refunds are approved.
Final refund decisions are made at Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery's discretion after reviewing available evidence from the buyer, seller, Platform records, payment processor records, and other relevant information.
Buyers may open a dispute within 30 days of purchase for:
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may accept, reject, extend, or reopen disputes at our discretion, especially in cases involving fraud, safety, legal issues, payment processor requirements, or Platform abuse.

Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery aims to decide disputes within 14 days after the evidence window closes, but this timing is not guaranteed.
Sellers who ship without tracking accept full liability for lost packages. If a buyer reports non-delivery and the seller cannot provide sufficient proof of shipment, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may issue a refund from the seller's held payout, current payout, future payout, or other recoverable funds.
Each buyer refund, failed payment, chargeback, dispute, seller cancellation, non-shipment, or other risk event may be recorded as an account flag for abuse monitoring.
A refund flag is a risk signal, not necessarily a statement that the user did anything wrong. Repeated refund flags, chargeback flags, failed payment flags, reports, disputes, or other abuse signals may result in account review, restrictions, suspension, or removal from the Platform.
For any dispute Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery reviews, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery's liability will not exceed refunding up to the transaction amount at issue. Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other damages arising from the dispute process.
If a buyer files a chargeback or payment dispute with their card issuer, bank, or payment provider, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may respond using Platform records, order information, listing information, payment authorization records, shipment records, user communications, and other evidence.
Buyers agree not to file false, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks.
If a buyer files repeated, false, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may restrict, suspend, or terminate the buyer's account.
If a chargeback relates to a seller's item, non-delivery, inaccurate listing, fulfillment failure, fraud, or other seller-caused issue, the seller may be responsible for the chargeback amount, chargeback fees, processor fees, and related costs.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may recover chargeback-related amounts from held payouts, current payouts, future payouts, linked bank accounts, or other available recovery methods permitted by Stripe terms and applicable law.
Users are responsible for complying with all tax laws that apply to their purchases, sales, income, business activities, or use of Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery.
Sellers are responsible for determining and paying any income taxes, business taxes, sales taxes, use taxes, VAT, GST, customs duties, import duties, or other taxes that apply to their sales, except to the extent Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery is required by law to calculate, collect, or remit such taxes.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may calculate, collect, report, or remit taxes where required by law. Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may request tax information from sellers, including tax identification numbers, legal names, addresses, or other required information.
If a seller fails to provide required tax information, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may suspend selling privileges, hold payouts, withhold amounts, or take other action required by law or payment processor rules.
Nothing in these Terms is tax advice.
You may not use Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery to engage in:
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may remove listings, cancel orders, reverse credits, hold payouts, restrict accounts, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other action if we believe prohibited activity occurred or may occur.
Users may upload, submit, post, display, or transmit content through Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery, including listing photos, descriptions, profile information, messages, reviews, shop information, and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content to Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery, you grant Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, resize, crop, create derivative works from, promote, and otherwise use your User Content solely in connection with operating, providing, improving, protecting, and marketing the Platform.
You represent and warrant that:
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may remove, edit, restrict, or disable access to User Content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, is inaccurate, is unlawful, or is otherwise unsuitable for the Platform.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery, including its name, branding, design, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, features, and Platform content, is owned by Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
These Terms do not grant users any ownership rights in Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery's intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery's software, branding, or Platform content except as expressly permitted by Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery respects intellectual property rights.

By using the Platform, you agree that Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may collect, use, store, and share information as described in the Privacy Policy and as necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, manage orders, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, resolve disputes, and comply with law.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may retain transaction records, bid records, consent records, payment authorization records, communication records, shipping records, device or technical records, and support records for legitimate business, legal, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, and compliance purposes.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the Platform at any time without liability.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at any particular time.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may perform maintenance, release updates, change features, impose limits, or discontinue services at our discretion.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, remove listings, cancel orders, hold payouts, reverse credits, or block access to the Platform at any time if we believe:
You may stop using Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery at any time.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, refund obligations, chargeback obligations, seller payout obligations, indemnification obligations, dispute obligations, and any other provisions intended to survive.
Sections relating to payments, fees, credits, payouts, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and survival will survive termination.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and course of dealing.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery does not warrant that:
Some jurisdictions, including California, do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. To the extent such exclusions are not permitted, they do not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or losses arising from transactions between users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform is limited to the greater of:

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, your account, purchases, bids, sales, payments, payouts, credits, refunds, disputes, or relationship with Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law or as stated below.
You and Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, representative actions, private attorney general actions, or consolidated proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by contacting tinygallery.io@gmail.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and including your name, account email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
Nothing in these Terms prevents Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property, confidential information, Platform security, users, payment systems, or the integrity of the Platform.
If any part of this arbitration section is found unenforceable, the unenforceable part will be severed to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining terms will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action permitted under these Terms, including actions to enforce or challenge an arbitration award or claims not subject to arbitration, shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, disclaimers, exclusions, arbitration terms, refund limits, or liability limits. To the extent required by applicable law, certain provisions of these Terms may not apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, agency, fiduciary, or representative relationship between Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery and any user.
Sellers are independent users of the Platform and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery does not control sellers and is not responsible for their conduct, listings, shipments, representations, or fulfillment except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may update these Terms from time to time.
When we update the Terms, we will post the updated version on the Platform and update the “Last updated” date. We may also provide additional notice by email, in-app message, account notice, or other method where appropriate.
Continued use of Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery.
For material changes affecting binding bids, automatic payment, fees, refunds, credits, seller payouts, arbitration, or dispute handling, Beachkofski Studio LLC d/b/a TinyGallery may require additional consent before allowing continued use of certain features.
