Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about shipping, payouts, visibility, tiers, credits, and sealed offers.

What is the situation with shipping?

Sellers are responsible for shipping on TinyGallery and have full freedom to choose their method. Some use forever stamps with personalized envelopes, while others opt for tracked services.

There are no platform requirements—you coordinate shipping directly with your buyer however you prefer.

Important: If you ship without tracking, you accept full liability for lost packages. If a buyer reports non-delivery and you can't provide proof of shipment (tracking number or postal receipt), TinyGallery will refund the buyer from your held payout. Many sellers use tracked shipping for higher-value items for peace of mind.

For complete details on disputes and refunds, see our Terms.

I forgot my Stripe login information and can't log into my Stripe account.

We can't access or reset Stripe logins. Please contact Stripe directly for account recovery—Stripe's support team can help you get back in.

I'm not located in the US—can I sell on TinyGallery?

TinyGallery is currently limited to US-based sellers. As of February 2, 2026, we plan to expand internationally in spring 2026. We appreciate your enthusiasm and hope to welcome you soon.

Do new sellers have the same visibility as older sellers?

Account age doesn't affect visibility. Pro accounts get boosted placement versus Free accounts, and beyond that, visibility comes from organic engagement like impressions and favorites.

Are there any strategies to optimize listings for the algorithm, similar to eBay?

No keyword tricks are needed. Visibility is primarily driven by your account tier (Pro vs. Free) and organic engagement metrics such as impressions and favorites—the gallery is curated by the community, not by gaming an algorithm.

I'm confused about Pro vs. Free...

The tiers only apply to sellers:

  • Free: No monthly cost; 12% platform fee on sales.
  • Pro: Monthly subscription; 3% platform fees, boosted visibility, a customizable artist portfolio tab, and other exclusive perks.

What exactly are TinyGallery credits?

Credits are our way to let buyers pay the card processing fee once when loading credits, then skip per-order card fees. Get the full rundown on the How credits work page.

What exactly are sealed offers? Is this like eBay auctions?

Sealed offers are TinyGallery's private, one-shot bidding format. Buyers don't see each other's bids and only get a single chance to submit their best offer.

Unlike incremental eBay-style auctions, this encourages strong offers up front and keeps the process fair and artist-friendly.
