TinyGallery is currently limited to US-based sellers. We plan to expand to Canada soon, then to Europe after that. TinyGallery is a one-person team building the website, running the business, navigating international sales tax compliance, and handling everything in between, so resources are spread thin. We do not have firm timelines for these launches yet, but we are working hard to get there. Thank you for your patience while we work to make TinyGallery the best experience possible with the resources we have available. If you want to hear when international selling opens, create an account and stay subscribed to The Tiny Notes. You can also cast a vote for your country to help show where seller demand is strongest. We'll announce expansion updates through Tiny Notes when we have them.

Prints do not count as handmade, original artwork on TinyGallery, so they are not permitted to be sold on the platform. We completely understand that prints can still come from your original work, but TinyGallery is intentionally curated for handmade, one-of-a-kind ACEO pieces. Listings for prints will be removed. Linocuts are a bit of a gray area, but we do allow them. We just ask that you limit repeated linocut listings to 1-2 of the same design, even if the background or finish looks different. Too many near-identical listings can feel spammy in the gallery and make browsing less enjoyable for collectors. If you sell prints on other marketplaces, we encourage you to promote them in your listing descriptions, or link to alternative marketplaces where you sell them from your Artist Portfolio if you are a Pro seller. We do not penalize artists for linking to external websites! :)

Credits let buyers load the exact balance they want, while TinyGallery covers the top-up processing fee. Future credit purchases skip per-order card fees. Get the full rundown on the How credits work page.

We can't access or reset Stripe logins. Please contact Stripe directly for account recovery—Stripe's support team can help you get back in.

Account age doesn't affect visibility. Pro accounts get boosted placement versus Free accounts, and beyond that, visibility comes from organic engagement like impressions and favorites.

No keyword tricks are needed. Visibility is primarily driven by your account tier (Pro vs. Free) and organic engagement metrics such as impressions and favorites—the gallery is curated by the community, not by gaming an algorithm.

Yes. You can start on the Free tier to test the platform, then upgrade to Pro anytime from your upgrade page.
