If you are contacting us for help with a bug, order, account issue, or anything we need to investigate, please include enough detail in your first email to help us understand what happened. Helpful details include your name, relevant URLs, account email address, order ID, listing titles exactly as they are spelled, and screenshots or exact error messages. Emails with more specific details are easier to triage and usually get answered faster.
