These guidelines help keep TinyGallery safe and reliable for collectors.
Original work only
List work you created or have permission to sell.
Accurate listings
Describe materials, size, condition, and shipping clearly.
Gift orders
If you enable gift mode, package gift orders as described and include the buyer's note when possible.
Consider showing a preview photo of your gift packaging in listing photos or your portfolio so buyers know what the recipient will receive.
Platform fees also apply to the gift add-on amount charged at checkout.
Timely fulfillment
Ship orders within 3-5 days and provide tracking when possible.
Unshipped orders auto-cancel
Orders still unshipped after 16+ days may be automatically cancelled and refunded to the buyer.
When auto-cancel happens, no payout is issued for that order and seller strikes or account restrictions may apply. Stripe refunds cannot be reversed once processed.
Respect buyers
Communicate professionally and resolve issues quickly.
Comply with laws
You are responsible for taxes, customs forms, and legal requirements related to your sales.
