Raised in the Rockies with a paintbrush in hand, I’ve spent my life turning wild adventures into art and illustration. My late father, a painter and designer, taught me that every sketch is a way to stay connected to the landscape and our wild world. As a painter and children's book illustrator, I strive to bring a little whimsy and wonder into my art. I love plein air painting and often have my art supplies with me on the summit of a mountain.
