King Voodoo

Creator of weird little worlds with acrylics on board, cardboard, and sometimes canvas. My art crawls out of woodblock prints, rubber-hose cartoons, pop art, and whatever feral idea kicks down the door next. Most pieces start with an intense spell of “Art Head,” when an artistic vision greets me at the window at night and refuses to shut up until I paint it. I work fast, trust my instincts, twist color and light do my bidding and rage-paint before the current vision is replaced by a new one.
