Among them was the Keeper of the Celestial Gate. It is said that when the First Flame birthed the dragons, fragments of its light scattered across the night sky, becoming the stars that illuminate the heavens. This dragon alone was entrusted with watching over those celestial embers. From his throne among the clouds, he guarded the invisible gateway between the mortal realm and the realm of dragons long departed. For millennia he has remained vigilant, his silver scales reflecting the light of distant constellations. Sailors, kings, and wandering souls have all claimed to glimpse his silhouette against a glowing moon before moments of great change. Legends say he does not speak with words.
