Finally getting some Sumerween ACEO's up! Who else is excited for spooky season?? This is a fun little series featuring spooky things doing things in the light. A stark contrast from the normal dark motif that spooky beings are usually drawn in. Anyone else grow up exploring and playing in the woods? Just recently I got to cross a log that had fallen over a creek in the woods while visiting a friend and this summer experience inspired this card. I chose a witch to be the subject of this Summerween event since I always found playing in the woods as magical as witches are ♥ It is a truly fun twist on a classic experience perfect for your art collection! Sketched out by hand and colored with acrylic markers before being inked - a true traditional art piece! I tested out some lighting techniques that I typically do in my digital art and practiced a few new things! So I hope you enjoy the card and be sure to check out my other ACEO's from this series! ♥
