Blue Rose Cyanotype Original Art ACEO

Blue Rose is a cyanotype of an image of the roses blooming in my front garden. The photo is printed using an alternative process, making each one an original which cannot be duplicated. The chemicals are painted on the paper- platinum rag- dried, and then exposed to the sun with a photographic negative on top. See the pictures for my set-up. I take a photographic image, then make it black and white, then invert the colors for this type of printing. Everything can go wrong! I'm always amazed at a good result!
