Raginald Rattlebones has been dead for 147 years, but he still believes that’s no excuse for poor manners or a wrinkled suit. Every Halloween, he straightens his bow tie, dusts off his top hat, and takes a moonlit stroll through the cemetery, politely tipping his hat to the ghosts and complimenting the bats on their flying.
