This small colored pencil piece was inspired by my love all the varieties of wildflowers that grow in my Virginia mountain meadows and woods. These thistles are super pollinators so are great for the bee population. They can grow very tall are are tough and thorny. And they are really fun to draw! This is a mini-drawing (2-1/2 X 3-1/2 inches) done in colored pencil and archival ink on Bristol board. It is backed with an extra layer of card stock and signed and dated on the back by the artist (me). Size: Art is 2-1/2 X 3-1/2 inches. ***Will be shipped with care in a protective sleeve and in a rigid mailer.
