Rosie is one of the ladies in my Gaggle Gals Collection which is a growing series of whimsical geese, each with her own personality and story. Rosie is the social butterfly of the bunch. She’s always the first to welcome a new face, always up for an adventure, and somehow always knows the latest gossip before everyone else. This is an original, hand-painted ACEO created with traditional gouache and finished with ink details. Every painting is created by hand. To make this piece even more personal, I’ve included a short, original haiku on the back—a little surprise for the collector to discover. I love creating artwork that makes people smile, and my hope is that when someone adds one of my paintings to their collection, they aren’t just taking home a piece of art but also a story.
