Individual ACEOAcrylic Wildlife Botanical Abstract

This is a part of my palette knife series. I am an impressionist at heart, but at times I find myself working too tight. When I am having a hard time loosening up, I will pick up a palette knives and paint using only that. This makes it impossible so over think the details because of the blunt nature of the tool. The series is all in heavy body acrylic, and mixed with modeling paste to make it very textured.
