Sometimes, orcas will have “fads” that spread through entire populations. On of these has been observed in the Resident Orcas of the Pacific Northwest, where individuals will wear salmon on their heads like hats! This colorful whale was made with acrylic markers and gel pen, and is signed on the back by me, the artist. ✨
