Individual ACEOWatercolor Botanical Still Life Abstract

This ACEO is an original watercolor with ink painting that captures the simple, minimalist beauty of nature in a small size, making it a perfect addition to any art collection. The illustration art piece features a potted plant as its subject with a loose abstract background. Please note this was hand cut and might be ever so slightly off the 2.5 x 3.5 standard sizing. Story time: This piece was one of my first experiments with watercolor and ink - exploring how the two mediums interact. I also wanted to play around with negative space and letting the watercolor medium flow in the way it wanted to for the loose artists boarder. Plants are always inspiring me so of course that’s the subject I gravitated to!
