This original ACEO features the Roseate Spoonbill: a large, flamboyant wading bird famous for its vibrant pink feathers and highly specialized spoon-shaped bill. This is the only Spoonbill species native to the Americas. This was created with graphite and colored pencils and is a sight I see daily on the Space Coast. It is part of a series of Florida birds I’ve created.
