"Tamagot'cha" - Interactive Art

I've thoroughly enjoyed seeing some 90s inspired nostalgia art, and I took that inspiration and combined it with my previous "interactive art", the "Dumb B* Juice-box", and I thought, "how can I make a tamagotchi INTERACTIVE?" Thus, this glorious piece of art was born! A tiny lil' tamagotchi character that moves when you wiggle and slide the tab attached to the keychain! [FOLLOW ME ON TIKTOK TO SEE THIS PIECE IN ACTION!] Made from a variety of materials and steps, predominantly watercolor-paper, acrylic paint pens, and ink; I used a piece of iridescent cellophane used for gift baskets as the "display screen", photo & paper glue, masking tape, and a piece of plastic from a semi-ridgid card sleeve. *While this piece IS functional, given the variety of materials and steps taken to create it, there is NO warranty, so please- use caution, be gentle, and work the parts sparingly!
