Getting the details ready.

The forest does not know it is being watched. The Ki-rin does not mind. This original ACEO places a Ki-rin mid-flight above a darkened treeline — white body shimmering with its own quiet light, golden antlers catching the night, mane and hooves the same warm gold as something that was never meant to touch ordinary ground. Below it the forest rises in silhouette, and above the trees a full moon dominates the sky, too large to fit entirely in the frame, its metallic yellow light deepening to a richer gold where the treeline reaches up toward it like it has been waiting all night for this. The black sky around it is not empty. Metallic stars scatter across it in no particular order, the way real stars never are — random and deliberate all at once. The Ki-rin moves through all of it like it belongs to a different kind of night than the rest of us. Painted in watercolor and archival ink with metallic watercolor throughout the body, antlers, moon, and stars, this original ACEO is a 2.5 x 3.5 inch piece of a world your table already knows.
