Whitney Banks Art

Multimedia artist using mark-making + material exploration to guide compositions of organic growth + structure, with a goal of bringing out the subconscious. I hope to inspire viewers to linger long enough to find their own connections. Lately I've been working to incorporate representational imagery into my style. My Inspirations include Kandinsky, Yoshitaka Amano, Erin McIntosh, and Dali. I received a BFA of Studio Art from the UGA Lamar Dodd School of Art (emphasis in Jewelry + Metalworking).
