Getting the details ready.

Soft, layered organic lines in a subdued, neutral palette. I love creating these little limited-palette brushstroke visual journeys. They always take me to a calm place because you have to wait between each stroke, allowing the layers to dry before adding the next. I also like to add strokes before they are completely dry, so you get a soft merging of colors and gentle connections between the layers. They feel like little meditations to me, and I hope they bring a sense of escape and calm to you, too. Watercolor on 300gsm/140lb hot-press 100% cotton paper. Abstract Watercolor #4
