Gearing up for spooky season! “It’s Halloween night. Everyone in your small town seems to be out. Trick or treaters are everywhere. Parties can be heard from multiple houses on each street. Even the elderly are passing out candy from their porches. Someone in your group gets a text about a haunted house you HAVE to see on the other side of town. Another person suggests cutting through the Hurst field. The group hesitates. Even on the best of days, everyone steers clear of that place. Hesitantly, you all agree. You all make your way to the field and pause at its edge. You’ve heard the story a million times, about how Miss Hurst suddenly went crazy and on a “hunting spree” but you breathe and start heading in. You hope it’s just a stupid old town legend.”
